In September of this year, Bowmer Bond celebrated its first anniversary of being an Employee-owned business.   With a renewed sense of purpose and responsibility, we have embraced our new structure with everyone working together towards a common goal.   We’re still the same Bowmer Bond with the same values and integrity we’ve always had, but there has been an even greater sense of teamwork as we observe our new motto of “Shared Purpose and Shared Responsibility for Shared Reward”.

This ethos flows through the business and is also carried externally towards our customers, suppliers and associates as follows:

“By forming an Employee-Owned Trust (EOT),  the company can best serve its customers, employees and all other stakeholders by retaining the values and culture which sit at the heart of the business.

Further to this, the transition to an Employee-owned company serves the best interests of our customers and the wider markets supplied.  Through the employee-owned structure, we have strengthened our established foundations and provided a secure and stable platform for further innovation, growth and productivity.”

We look forward with positivity to a bright and prosperous future for all at Bowmer Bond and all who work with us and for us in 2024.
